Thank you for your edits. It sounds fair and legitimate to say History should never be silenced. I wrote those lines because of the very unexpected and disheartening step taken by the PR cell by deleting the note of March 22, 2009.

Regarding the clarification, I relate these lines with the incident that happened with me. The editor should always write the content in their our own words even if the content is of a single line. But at the end, the essence of those lines should not go beyond the information written on the citing source. I used the word "archive" in virtue of the Internet Archive --Orkohunter (talk) 18:18, 21 September 2015 (IST)
